The Monarch

The Sovereign serves as being the Head of State, Lord Governor of Federheim and Supreme Commander of the Versmark Royal Legions. The Sovereign is styled as 'His Royal Majesty'.

The Sovereign holds the power to grant an ennoblement to any Citizen of Versmark, to veto any law passed by Parliament, to command the Armed Forces of Versmark and to direct Government Ministries. The Sovereign is elected at the time of the formers death or abdication.

Wald I serves as the Sovereign of Versmark, he is the first person to hold the title. Wald is active in Versmarkian politics, passing bills and assigning projects. He is a member and supporter of the Monarchist Council Party (MoC-P). He believes in the power of the Monarch to maintain a strong presence in the nation in order to keep stability and smooth running politics. Wald was the former Minister of Justice in the Empire of Lehmark, serving for around 9 months until its dissolution.
